...about Coaching: How To Choose The Right One
Hi friends!
As always, I’m excited to bring this solo-episode your way, but this one feels extra special because it is on a topic that I am super passionate about: Coaching!
I’m a big believer in reaching out and up into mentorships whenever they are offered.
By working with a coach you are able to leverage all the time, education, experience, contacts etc your coach already posses to your advantage.
Coaches & Mentors help you move closer towards the goals that you have, usually in less time and with fewer stressors than carving your own path.
Take a listen to the solocast where I share what to look for in a coach, the red flags and who works with a coach and when.
be inspired to dream more, learn more, become more.

How To Choose The Right Coach
Here are a few of my top tips on selecting a coach:
Ensure you are getting the personalized attention you deserve! We are all different, as are our businesses and cookie-cutter isn’t the way to go here. This isn’t high school basketball-this is your LIFE and BUSINESS.
Coaches should help you connect to your audience
they should talk with you about how you want to get people into your business and if you don’t know what that looks like-will help guide you through what looks like the best fit for you.
Implement Systems to ease workload
a good coach won’t just get you all hyped up and leave you out on a line to figure it out on your own. They should help you to understand how to implement easy-to-set-up systems (like an email list, welcome email series, etc) to guide your business forward towards scalability.
Watch out for:
high-priced coaching programs that toot ‘turn-key business templates’ or pre-made modules. You want the personalization here babe, trust me
lack of diversity in what the coach provides (you want them to be able to coach you as you adapt your business), lack of overall diversity in client reviews
communication glitches. They can happen, but an effective coach should be able to communicate clearly and set boundaries in order to help you the best we can.
