Holiday Pavlova This is such an easy gluten free dessert to whip up. I love making them in the summer with fresh fruit, but this holiday version was too good to not share! With sugared cranberries and rosemary springs, this is a dessert that will please adults and kids alike! image via Pinterest

The ideas are endless. Soup, casseroles, sheet pan nachos! The three below are some of my favourite ways to use up ALL the leftovers from the glorious feast you made from the menu above.

Happy trails!

One-Pot Pasta

I’m a total sucker for an easy meal. And gluten-free pasta varieties have increased so much in the last couple years, nobody is the wiser.

Use up your steamed spinach or vegetables and leftover meat with a yummy cheese of your choice and arriverdverci!

gourmet Sandwiches

There is nothing like making your own gourmet sandwiches, and with the gluten-free bread available out there today and ingredients like you’ve got kickin’ around, your sandwich cred just went up a notch or two.

Use the homemade cranberry sauce, gravy, stuffing and leftover meat to create a mouthwatering masterpiece!

Shepherd’s Pie

This is my favourite comfort food no matter what time of year. I like to use lentils and mushrooms to keep it vegan, but it’s also a great dish to make out of left overs.

Use up your mashed cauli-pots and any leftover dark turkey meat and steamed vegetables from the main event.

Want more?

Teaching others how to live a healthier lifestyle is what I do best. Sure, gluten free living can seem all or nothing at times, but I promise you there is wiggle room in there for delish treats that aren’t going to cause a chemical shit-storm in your digestion system.

Maybe you are eating super clean, but still getting symptoms and do NOT know where on earth they are coming from. That so frustrating.

The best way for me to teach you healthy, lifestyle changes that will guide you to your best self, you should check out the 30 day program I offer clients. You get me, 90+ gluten free recipes, workout suggestions, a months worth of supporting products and a lifetime of access to resources.

It really is the bees knees, and you should think about it.
