...about discovering your value set with Deanna Frances

So Deanna is a real, true-blue, gem, you guys. Within minutes of meeting her, I was giving her my passcodes… jk. But had this been IRL, I may have… Deanna has this warm demeanor that puts you at ease as soon as you meet her, or e-meet her in my case, and makes you want to know all the things that she knows.

After 18 years of exploring various career paths - hoping to find more fulfillment - Deanna decided to stop conforming to social norms and made a leap from a steady paycheck, leaving my corporate job to explore her never-ending curiosity. Deanna looked inward to discover what energizes her and began listening to the whisper, also known as intuition. This led down a path of entrepreneurship where she found a true passion for exploring ideas, getting out of her own way and taking imperfect, messy action to power through limiting beliefs. Today, her mission is to help others do the same.

In this new episode we share our love of Italy, desire to empower others and dig a little deeper of the ways in which we can discover our personal value sets to keep on track to what we really want in life.
