Meal Planning Tool

Welcome!

I’ve been working on something for the last year and I think you’d love it too! I’m beta testing it out and you’ve got first dibs!

Lemme back up.

To about last October.

I had just started a science degree at University and was stuck in night classes for months.

I was never home for dinner and the same ol’ slow-cooker meals were getting boring for my troops.

I wanted to have a way to not only keep track of the food I needed to pick up on my way home but also an easy way to share new meal ideas with my less-than-tech-enthused husband.

I created a Trello board that would help us put weekly meal ideas together and the staples needed to make each. I’d save recipe links for my husband to easily find, along with the listed ingredients he needed for that meal.

After using this board for a couple of months, I started to create cards for everything, from weekly meal plans, right down to a completely planned day, based on need (Vegan, Vegetarian, Keto, Anti-Inflammatory etc.)

I knew the full power of this board needed to shared with you too when I used it to plan and execute my first solo camping trip with the three boys.

I have one really picky eater and being stuck in the middle of nowhere with his tall list of dietic demands was no place I wanted to be.

By planning the weekend out to every micro snack, listing every last ingredient needed for his favourite breakfast and having access to the list on my phone while shopping made for the smoothest camping weekend ever…except when I ran into that bull in the middle of the road 🤪

I invite you to check out this new resource that I will be continuing to grow for my clients, adding new cards every week and featuring the yummy meal plans in my weekly love letters, and if you aren’t getting those yet, be sure to sign up at the footer of this page!

This webpage is available for viewing from anyone on the web, you don’t need a Trello account. However, in order to save the board, comment of the cards and have access on your phone while out shopping, you’re going to want to join this forever free resource and download the app on your phone.

Be sure to start in the left column titled “👇🏻Start Here👇🏻” to see how to roll through the cards and you’re all set!

Happy hunting!
